🎨 Showcard Maker

Make the little display cards — “show cards” or labels — that sit next to your artwork at a show, market, or booth. Each card can list your name, the title, the medium, the size, and the price. Design them here, print them at home, and cut them out. Everything happens in your browser; nothing you type is uploaded or saved online.

Option 1 — Type your cards in by hand (easiest for a few pieces)

• The page starts with one card. Click any line on it — the name, the title, the price — and type over it.
• Click ＋ Add card (top right) to add another card. Repeat for each artwork.
• Made a mistake? Hover over a card and click the small × in its corner to remove it. Click Restore deleted to bring cards back.
• Use the Text & fields tab to set your name, choose a font, and tick which details appear on every card.

Option 2 — Bring in a whole list (great for a full show)

• Get the template: Download the template ↓
• Open it in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. Keep the column names as they are and fill in one row per artwork. Leave the Artist column the same on every row for a solo show, or give each piece its own artist for a group show.
• To use Google Sheets: put your rows in a sheet, then Share → “Anyone with the link → Viewer,” and copy the link.
• Open the Data source tab and choose CSV file (upload the file) or Google Sheet (paste the link) → your cards appear, ready to print.

Print & cut

• On the Layout tab, pick your card size (or a preset). Spacing 0 means cards touch, so one cut serves two.
• Click Print / Save PDF. Print on cardstock at 100% size (turn off “fit to page”), then cut along the corner marks.
